questions.
Who pays for the alcohol?
Due to Arizona liquor laws we operate as a Dry Hire bar meaning the client (you) pay exclusively for all alcohol served at your event. We work with you on a detailed shopping list of what and how much alcohol to obtain for your event. Any leftover alcohol at the end of the event stays in your possession.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 4-8 weeks out for most events, and 3+ months out for peak wedding season dates. That said, reach out even if your date is coming up soon. We'll always try to make an event work.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we carry general liability insurance.
What areas do you service?
We're based in the Valley and regularly travel to surrounding areas for weddings, private parties, and corporate events. Send us your venue location when you inquire and we'll confirm availability and any travel details. Longer travel will incur a travel fee,
Is there a minimum guest count?
Our packages are built for gatherings of all sizes, from intimate parties to large weddings. Let us know your estimated guest count when you reach out and we'll recommend the right package and staffing.
Do you check ID’s?
YES! We have the right to check ID’s and refuse service for any reason we feel necessary.
Is gratuity included?
In short no. We do not like including gratuity in the cost of you putting on the event. We do asset. We are allowed to put out a bucket and scan code in place of gratuity. If you do not want a tip bucket visible at your event we can negotiate a fair gratuity resolution.
How do I know what to buy and the quantity of what to buy?
During our consultation we’ll get information from you regarding the event including the number of guests, what kind of event and the type of crowd that will be attending. We’ll then send you an email with exactly what spirits and other alcohol to purchase for your event.
Do we charge for ice?
No. Despite it being Arizona and very hot we do not charge for ice.
What is your payment policy?
Once a booking is agreed upon we require a $250 non-refundable deposit. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund will be issued for any cancellation 90 days prior to the event. A 50% refund will be honored for cancellations 30-89 days prior to event. Cancellations under 30 days will not be refunded. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
